The snow's made things a little EASIER for some police who were able to find a man after a robbery in Norwich.
When officers were called to investigate a robbery in Norwich earlier this morning, they had big clues on where to go after seeing footprints in the snow.
The icy trail led them to a 22-year-old man in Willis Street just off St Crispins roundabout who was quickly apprehended and is now in custody.
It follows an incident in Pottergate in the early hours this morning (Friday 18 January) when a man was approached by two men and was punched in the face before being robbed of his mobile phone and wallet.
Officers were called to the scene at approximately 4.15am and followed footprints towards Anglia Square before arresting a man on Willis Street.
The man was taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre where he remains in custody.
Enquiries are continuing to locate the second suspect and anyone with information should contact Norwich CID on 101.
