A police investigation's underway after an armed robbery at a jeweller's inside Milton Keynes' The Centre:MK shopping mall.
Police were called to Fraser Hart in Silbury Arcade just after 10am on Friday 30 November 2012. Police say three men had entered the shop and broken into display cabinets before running off with a large quantity of expensive watches.
Detectives say the three men were all black. The first was around 6ft 1in tall, wearing black clothing and of medium build.
The second man was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and was of medium build. The third was around 6ft, wearing a blue top and dark trousers.
Det Sgt Luke Grove of Milton Keynes CID said: “We believe that the suspects are no longer in the Central Milton Keynes area. No firearms were used in the robbery and smoke that filled the shop was part of the proprietary security system.
“It is very early into our investigation, however, there is no need for the public and shoppers in the arcade to be concerned. There will be a police presence at the scene whilst the investigation is on-going.”
Anyone who witnessed the incident or with information that can assist the investigation is asked to contact Thames Valley Police on the non-emergency phone number 101.
