Body Found In Northampton Lake

Police have found a body this morning in Ramsome Road lake.

Police were called to the lake, near Cotton End shortly before 8am this morning, after the body of a 39-year-old man was discovered by a member of the public.

Officers attended the scene with colleagues from the East Midlands Ambulance Service.

The man’s death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
