A Cambridge University college is offering students money to baby-sit friends who are too drunk to look after themselves.
St John's College may pay volunteers up to £100 if they're called out to help someone who has had too much to drink.
What we're asking students to do is volunteer to be carers and they will then be trained.
College Nurse Maggie Hartley said: "If they happen to be called out to look after someone who has been drinking too much then it may well be that they are paid.
We'd be looking to have perhaps four students on duty each night.
I think the chances of someone being called out to look after somebody are quite slim as we don't have that many drunks, but i we do have somebody who has been drinking too much obviously we need to look after them properly."
