Cambridge Race For Life
Race For Life returns to Parker's Piece this July, with a choice of 5k and 10k routes, supported by Heart.
Both races take place on Sunday 19th July at 11am, raising money to support the vital work of Cancer Research UK.
5k is an achievable distance for all ages and abilities. But why not up the challenge and declare war on cancer by taking part in a Race for Life 10k event?
Whichever you choose, you can still run, walk or even dance your way around the course and help us say "cancer we're coming to get you".
When?
Both the 5k and 10k races take place on Sunday 19th July at 11am.
Where?

On the day
Light refreshments, a hearty warm up and some fun on stage entertainment can be enjoyed before setting off.
Spectators are encouraged to follow their own shortcut route to Jesus Green to help reduce the congestion on the street - welcoming you back to enjoy the numerous stalls, activities and delicious food to sample.
Parking and travel information
Please arrive at least an hour before the start of your Race for Life event to avoid queuing.
The City Centre is closed for Race for Life including all street parking on the route, but access is maintained for city car parks.
Numerous roads around the City Centre are closed from 7.00am as we prepare for the day, so allow yourself plenty of time for our prompt 11.00am start.
Stagecoach and Park and Ride Buses provide additional services on a diversionary route but do look out for the Cambridge News supplement for full details.
